Origamy Collection is a self-initiated brand & product design launched in 2017, inspired by the simplicity and precision of origami art. The project explored how folding, geometry, and watercolor could coexist in tactile and digital form, creating products that felt both delicate and intentional.
The collection included t-shirts, mugs, and tote bags, all featuring hand-illustrated origami figures in soft watercolor tones. Later, I expanded the brand’s visual system into motion graphics, animating origami folds and watercolor transitions in After Effects to bring the brand’s calm, meditative essence to life across social media and promotional videos.
The project also introduced Origamy Kids, a sub-brand that reimagined the same minimalist aesthetic for children — playful, soft, and educational in tone.

Design Concept
Each design began with a hand-drawn origami illustration, carefully reinterpreted through watercolor gradients to balance geometry and softness. The motion pieces extended this concept through animated folds, expanding the brand from static imagery into movement.
The visual tone remained minimalist and balanced, using light typography, white space, and organic materials to evoke a sense of peace and craft. The result was a cohesive brand experience that translated effortlessly from paper and fabric to motion and screen.
